Dpmc is Seeking to Retain the Services of Several Construction Management Firms To Assist With the Project and Construction Management of Various State Agency Projects. These Projects May Include Engagements Involving the Planning, Design And Construction of Buildings/structures, Building Improvements/renovations, and Flood Mitigation/resiliency Projects of Various Sizes. The Projects May Be Funded In Whole or in Part by the State, State Authorities or Various Fedral Grant Programs Including Coronavirus Relief Funds, Established by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (Cares), State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (Slfrf), Established by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (Arpa), Hud Cdbg-dr, Ect. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (Idiq) Contract for the Cmf Services. It is the Intent of the Dpmc to Award Approximately Six (6) T0 Eight (8) Term Contracts Under This One Solicitation for Cm Services. Upon Identification of a Required Need for a Cmf for Project Management Services, the Firms Awarded Contracts Will Compete Exclusively for Potential Work Order Assignments. Only Those Firms Having a Dpmc Prequalification in the Construction Management (P029) Discipline Are Eligible to Submit for This Term Contract. Firms and Joint Ventures That Are Interested in the Contract but Are Not Dpmc Prequalified Must Have a Completed Prequalification Application(S) Submitted Prior to November 27, 2023. All Joint Venture Firms Must Be Separately Prequalified in the Required Discipline. The Consultant Must Also Have in-house Capabilities or Sub-consultants Pre-qualified With Dpmc in the Cpm (Critical Path Method) (P030) and Estimating/cost Analysis (P025) Specialty Diciplines. The Dpmc Prequalification Rating Required for Construction Management Must Also Be "15 Million or Greater".
