The California Science Center is soliciting bids for all materials, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide twenty-four (24) hours per day and seven (7) days per week troubleshooting support to maintain or restore the Closed Caption Television (CCTV) System as originally engineered and commissioned. The support applies to the existing hardware, software, and Avigilon Control Center upgrades. Contractor shall provide remote monitoring; support through phone, email, and remote access (via remote support software provided by CSC); on-site support; system administrative support; preventative maintenance; parts replacements; and other services outlined in this scope of work.
