The University is seeking bids for the complete maintenance and repair, including all labor and materials on the attached elevators located at The University of Tennessee at Martin, Martin, Tennessee 38238. Bidders shall bid on furnishing all necessary labor, supplies, repair parts, materials, tools, and equipment to examine as set forth in these bidding documents and to make all the necessary repairs which are caused by the wear and tear of normal operations to the elevators. The initial term of the agreement resulting from this solicitation will be from 1/1/24 to12/31/28. Deadline for Questions November 10, 2023, 5:00 p.m. CST Respondents may ask the Office of Procurement Services questions in writing via email to the email address listed above in the "Communications" subsection prior to the submission deadline The Respondent shall obtain and bear the expense for all permits, licenses, fees etc. as required by the City of Martin, Weakley County, the State of Tennessee and/or the federal government or any of their agencies. Contractor's License: Required if any one job is over $25,000.00
