Renovation of an industrial development in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.
Estimated Construction Cost: $560,000.00 Project Description The project is to replace refrigeration systems in the existing warehouse freezers and coolers. The project includes demolition of the existing refrigeration equipment, refrigerant piping, electrical, and appurtenances not required for new work. New work shall consist of new air cooled condensing units, unit coolers, refrigerant piping and insulation, controls, concrete pads, and electrical modifications for a complete and operational system. Scope of Services The Contractor shall perform field verification, provide equipment/engineering submittals, perform selective demolition, perform refrigerant recovery, furnish and install all specified mechanical equipment, provide final electrical connections, and provide control integration with existing systems. The Contractor shall coordinate state permitting and inspections, and also provide factory authorized start-up, testing and commissioning. Work covered shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies and materials in performing all operations necessary for the installation of complete and operational refrigeration systems.
