Any unnamed subcontractor must be registered with the Department of Labor and Workforce Development prior to starting work. The successful bidder shall submit copies of the New Jersey Business Registration Certificate(s) for itself and all subcontractors prior to award of a contract. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids or waive any informalities therein pursuant to and in accordance with applicable law.
