The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for sealed bids for the Aquatic Center Door and Window Replacement, City of Show Low Project FM-3724 in the City of Show Low, for the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, removal, cleanup, transportation and services for the replacement of doors and windows. The project is located at 1100 W. Deuce of Clubs. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, providing and installing 18- 47 inch by 22-3/4 inch windows, 4- 191.25 inch by 96.375 inch glass doors with sliders and 4- 191.25 inch by 95.125 inch glass doors with sliders (contractor to confirm sizes). Specifications are provided with the Bid Documents. The City prefers that this work is be completed during the Aquatic Center annual shut down from November 26, 2023 to December 26, 2023. If this is not possible the work must take place at night or during operating hours. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City. Written questions only will be received until close of business on Thursday, November 9. Written questions shall be submitted to Trampas Johnston via email or hand delivered 180 N 9th Street, Show Low, AZ, tjohnston@showlowaz.gov. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside lower right-hand corner of the envelope shall be marked: "Sealed Bid of , Contractor For: Aquatic Center Door and Window Replacement, City of Show Low Project FM-3724 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed, faxed, e-mailed, or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
