Scope: Metal Fabrication, Millwork, Overhead Coiling Doors, Sectional Doors, Glazing Surface Films, Window Roller Shades, Ceramic Tiling, Flooring Finishes, Painting, Wall Finishes, Acoustic Treatment, Miscellaneous Specialties, Visual Display Surfaces, Washroom Accessories, Toilet Compartments, Metal Lockers, Gymnasium Equipment, Ceiling Lifts, Landscaping (Softscape & Exterior Site Furnishings), Fencing, Exterior Site Traffic Signage, Exterior Signage & Exterior Interpretive Posts. Fit & finish for Ecole Sage creek Bonavista New French Immersion K-8 School. The scope of Work includes the remaining interior finishes and fixtures as well as millwork, exterior signage, coiling doors and landscaping. The foundation, site servicing and general construction of the building were previously issued in TP-01 and TP-02. This tender package (TP-03) will complete the new 8,987 sq m grade K-8 elementary school for 900 students and 80 staff on a previously undisturbed site. The building will also include a 633 sq.m daycare for 74 children and 17 staff, bringing the total floor area to 9,620 sq.m. The project is located at the 355 Des Hivernants Boulevard, at the intersection of Warde Avenue in the Sage Creek Community, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
