Roof Replacement 2023, 1955-A, B, & E, 60-A & B at Lansdowne School Bids shall be accompanied by a security deposit as follows: Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten (10%) percent of the bid price. 1 A Performance Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in the Form Attached to the Tender Documents, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%); of the Contract Price; and 2 A Labour and Materials Payment Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of Surety in Manitoba, in the Form Attached to the Tender Documents, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
