Reference Number 0000257743 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/11/14 04:00:00 PM CST The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Labour, Consumer Protection and Government Services, issued a Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA 27983) on April 6, 2021 to pre-qualify potential suppliers to provide Legal Land Surveying services, not limited to the following scopes Infrastructure development Condominium units Leases Easements, covenants, right of ways Foreshore leases, licenses, and accretion (waterfront rights) Consulting services Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Land management, acquisition and disposition Airspace parcels Subdivisions Posting plans Consulting services Boundary and structure locations Plans of survey Legal description Retracement surveys Consulting services The participating Buying Group Members include, but are not limited to: City of Winnipeg Manitoba Hydro The Government of Manitoba Commercial General Liability Insurance Covering Claims for Personal and Bodily Injury, Death, or Damage to Property Arising Out of Any of the Operations of the Contractor or Its Officers, Employees, Agents Providing Services Under the Agreement, or as a Result of Any Negligent Acts or Omissions of the Contractor or Its Officers, Employees, Agents or Subcontractors. This Insurance Shall Have a Minimum Coverage of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) Per Occurrence, Name Manitoba and the Buying Group Members, Its Officers, Employees and Agents as Additional Insureds Relating to the Services Provided Under the Agreement, and Contain a Cross-liability Clause and Provide Coverage for Premises and Operations, Completed Operations, Contingent Employers Liability, Sudden and Accidental Pollution, Blanket Contractual, Extended Bodily Injury, Broad Form Property Damage, and Non-owned Automobile Liability.
