DNR Omak Fire Center The State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is currently accepting a statement of qualifications (SOQ) from Architecture and Engineering (A/E) firms for the design of a multi-use campus on a site located across the road from the Omak Airport at Robinson Canyon Rd., Omak, WA 98841. FAA regulations must be followed. All buildings must be capable of meeting net zero requirements per the State of Washington. Design of utilities included.
