Site work for a mixed-use development in Omak, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a medical facility; and water / sewer project.
The City of Omak is releasing a Small Works Project. As a Contractor on the Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington Small Works Roster under the Water Facility Construction, Repair and Maintenance category, you are invited to submit a bid on this Project. Scope of Work: The work consists of, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Furnish and install approximately 90 feet of 4- and 6-inch DI water pipe, valves, fittings, and appurtenances. 2. Furnish and install meter vault with associated piping, valves, meter, fittings, and appurtenances. 3. Surface restoration of all disturbed surfaces Questions concerning the Contract Provisions will be taken by the Project Engineer at Gray & Osborne, Inc.'s Yakima Office at (509) 453-4833. Bid Documents may be examined at the office of the City of Omak, or the office of the Project Engineer, Gray & Osborne, Inc The City expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities, and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City based on the sum of the Bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
