Construction will consist of replacing the following equipment in the school: Waters-source heat pumps, Energy Recovery units, Exhaust fans, kitchen exhaust fans, kitchen make up air unit and cooling tower. In addition, new ductwork and a new mechanical system will be provided in the maintenance building.
