CTCR in partnership with Bigfoot Communications and NoaNet will be installing a new telecommunications shelter near the town of Omak, WA. This work will support the ongoing efforts of CTCR and Bigfoot Communications to deliver costeffective and robust telecommunication services to tribal members in the region. The overall project is expected to commence immediately following the successful execution of the contract between CTCR and the awarded vendor, which is expected to be complete by the end of November 2025. All work must be completed no later than October 31st, 2026 Questions Due Date: Ocotber 27th, 5:00PM Pacific, 2025. Question responses October 30th, 2025. The successful bidder shall execute and deliver a signed CTCR contract within ten (10) calendar days of the Notice of Award. Within ten (10) days thereafter the Contractor shall sign and deliver a counterpart of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation contract to the Tribe with all other Contract Documents attached including bonds and insurance certificates as specified. If the successful bidder fails to deliver a signed contract within ten (10) calendar days, CTCR may elect to cancel the award or award to the next lowest responsible, responsive bidder. A performance bond and payment bond both in the amount of 100% of the contract price shall be submitted with the signed contract. The required insurance certificates shall be provided by the contractor's insurance agency. CTCR reserves the right to accept a proposal from the bidder submitting the lowest responsible, responsive bid, to reject any or all bids, republish the call for bids/proposals, revise or cancel the work to be performed, or do the work otherwise, if the best interest of the CTCR is served thereby.
