Renovation of a municipal facility in Omak, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Project consists of providing all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and services required to perform the roof overlay and window replacement at the Omak TANF Building in accordance with the Contract Documents. Omak TANF Roof Overlay and Window Replacement at 511 Benton St. S, Omak WA 98841 Owner may make such investigation as it deems necessary to determine ability of Bidder to perform Work, and Bidder shall furnish to Owner all such information and data for this purpose as Owner may request. Owner reserves right to reject any Bid if evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy Owner that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out obligations of Contract and to complete Work contemplated therein. Conditional Bids and voluntary alternates will not be accepted. Question Deadline December 18, 2025 at 5:00 p.m Requests for interpretation/clarification of the Bid Notice document must be made in writing and submitted to Mrs. Theresa Desautel, the Facilities Construction Manager, by e-mail at theresa.desautel.adm@colvilletribes.com Owner reserves right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with Successful Bidder, and right to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive or conditional Bids and to make award in any manner deemed in best interest of Owner. Discrepancies between words and figures will be resolved in favor of words. Discrepancies between indicated sum of any column of figures and correct sum thereof will be resolved in favor of correct sum. The Colville Tribes anticipates the service period for this work to be from approximately February 1,2026 through July 31, 2026. The total duration of the Contract shall not exceed 180 days. It is agreed upon between the Colville Tribes (Owner) and responding Construction firm (Contractor) that the intent of this Bid Notice isto include performance and payment bonds, required insurance, all permits, regulatory requirements, coordination with public utilities, and construction activities necessary to perform a complete job of PVC roof overlay, window replacement and water damage repairs of the Colville Tribes 2,800 sf Omak TANF building, to include but not limited to installing approximately 2,800 sf of new PVC roof, remove and replace existing soffit panels, new flashing, add gutters, replace (2) windows, replace ceiling tiles as needed, remove and replace water damaged gypsum wallboard in (2) offices, batt wall insulation replacement, new texture and painting and replace wall base. Due to weather constraints, it isthe responsibility of the contractor to maintain the current roof in a watertight condition until the new roof isinstalled as per the specified drawings and specifications. Contractor is to confirm actual quantities, provide and install accordingly to the attached drawings and specifications. This Bid Notice includes, but not limited to all supervision, labor, mobilization, freight, materials and equipment to complete the work. In addition, all safety related requirements, including worker and public notification / protection, layout, hoisting,storage, material handling,security, dust control and clean-up as required by and/or for your work. All materials are to be provided new as specified. Before proceeding with the work, Contractor will procure and have in place all required permitsfrom each applicable regulating authority. The TANF building will be in operation and must be preserved and protected at all times from to include but not limited to dust or moisture. Presidential Executive Order established the Colville Indian Reservation in 1872, with a land base of 1.4 million acres located in North Central Washington State. The Administrative Headquarters are located at the Colville Indian Agency Campus, approximately 2 miles south ofNespelem, WAwith officeslocated throughout our reservation.
