Renovation of a municipal facility in Omak, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

The Contractor shall provide all permits, meet all regulatory requirements and perform all construction activities necessary to replace water damaged gypsum wallboard in two offices, replace batt wall insulation, replace damaged ceiling tiles, replace windows, apply new texture, complete painting, and install new wall base at the Omak TANF building at 511 Benton Street, Omak, WA. Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance, TOSHA, and Tribal Solid Waste Disposal requirements apply. Before proceeding, the Contractor must have in place all required permits from applicable regulating authorities. A site visit is required. Proposals must be submitted to the Confederated Tribes Community Facility Manager. Requests for interpretation/clarification of the Bid Notice document must be made in writing and submitted to Mrs. Theresa Desautel, the Facilities Construction Manager, by e-mail at theresa.desautel.adm@colvilletribes.com. Unauthorized contact with other tribal employees regarding this Bid Notice may result in disqualification. All oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the Colville Tribes. Allow seven (7) days for processing written questions received. All questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. The Colville Tribes anticipates the service period for this work to be from approximately December 1, 2025 through May 29, 2026. The total duration of the Contract shall not exceed 180 days.
