Site work for a development in Omak, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The Confederated Tribe of The Colville Reservation (CTCR) intends to award a firm, fixed price for the fabrication and construction of five aluminum fish weir frames and 15 insert panels. Each frame needs to be 10' long x 5' wide constructed of 2" square aluminum tubing with cross framing every 36" to support insert panels. Frames will need three brackets offset and spaced evenly on both sides of the frame to mary the frames together with 1/4 " 10' long aluminum tubing. Additional footer brackets will need to be welded to the bottom of the frame to provide attachment to a cement footer with 1/4 "brackets. Exact spacing of brackets can be provide upon award of this solicitation. Insert panels need to be capable of being removed, to include three per frame, for a total of 15 panels made of "T" shaped aluminum pickets spaced 1.5" apart. Removal of inserts is necessary during high flows to maintain debris and optimal water levels within the creek. See attached design of panel and inserts including existing picture of weir installed. Cost must include all labor, shipping, materials, equipment, expertise necessary to construct, and the delivery of all 5 frames with insert panels (15). For hard copy submissions, Contractors/Offerors must submit 1 original and 3 bound copies of the proposal no more than 10 pages long, single-spaced, in a font no smaller than 12 point.Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope that has clear markings of the responding business name and address and clearly identifies the contents as "Fabrication of aluminum weir panels". Requests for interpretation/clarification of this RFP must be emailed to wesley.tibbits@colvilletribes.com. Unauthorized contact with other tribal employees or by any method other than email regarding this RFP may result in disqualification. All oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the Tribes.All questions must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m., PST, January 12, 2026. All responses will be posted on the Tribes' web site no later than 4:00 p.m.PST on the next business day after receipt of the question. The Tribes reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any minor informalities or irregularities contained in any proposal, and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Tribes.
