Bay County Utility Services seeks Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified teams interested in providing professional services to support the construction and installation of the Bay County Water Plant Resiliency Project. The intent of this solicitation is to acquire a team to provide professional services including surveying, permitting, geotechnical investigations and analysis, construction engineering inspection (CEI) and design based on their combined experience with large water treatment facilities pumping stations; involving process and equipment, permitting, CEI, design, and engineering.
