The Project consists of three components which are described in detail in the bid documents and include the following Work: Replacement of gravity sewer lines ranging in diameter from 6" to 16", potable water lines ranging from 6" to 8", stormwater pipes ranging from 15" to 42", and various components related to these including fittings, laterals, manholes, service connections, hydrants, inlets, and others. Also, asphalt paving, concrete curbs and gutters, landscaping and various related tasks. The Project has an expected duration of 365 days if a Bidder is awarded only one Schedule and 550 days if a Bidders is awarded more than one Schedule.
