The work for this project shall be executed under a single general construction contract and includes Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines and work for the construction of Boones Ferry PS Boiler Replacement for the West Linn - Wilsonville School District. BID SECURITY A. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check, or surety bond executed by a state-licensed surety company, payable to West Linn - Wilsonville School District, in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid.
