Relocated lockdown button, restore to previous functionality. 4. Patch existing wall finish, carpet and rubber base to match adjacent surfaces. 5. Repair existing suspended grid ceiling and tiles for new walls. 6. Repair gypsum board ceiling to match adjacent surfaces. 7. Align new wall finish with face of soffit finish. This project will be performed at the Chemeketa Woodburn campus located at 120 E Lincoln Street, Woodburn, OR 97071. The project comprises an interior remodel to add select walls and doors at vestibule locations. The existing occupants, egress and plumbing fixtures are to remain. The existing parking and landscaping will remain unchanged. The SOW excludes all work related to electrical, fire suppression, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC). The contractor will be expected to coordinate these activities with the college provided subcontractors.
