of the respective contractor and/or bidder. To help the City of Roswell defray printing costs; it is
requested that unsuccessful bidders return the bidding documents in usable condition within ten (10)

reject the same and to waive irregularities and technicalities. DESCRIPTION
This specification identifies the basic requirements for furnishing, mixing, and transporting flowfill.
Flowable fill is an alternative to compacted soil. Applications for this material include bedding,
backfill, utility trenches, filling of abandoned pipes, abandoned manholes and other.
Flowable fill shall be a mixture of Portland cement, aggregate, and water. Flowable fill shall contain a
low cementitious content for reduced strength development.
