Remodeling of an educational facility in Silver City, New Mexico. Working plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

Question Deadline Nov 06, 2023 at 4:30 PM See attached Construction Documents provided by Sam Sterling Architects, Architect of record for the project. Documents labeled attached as "RFP 15_23_24 Catering House 100% CDs". All proposals will be reviewed for compliance with the mandatory requirements stated within the RFP. Proposals deemed non-responsive will be eliminated from further consideration. The Procurement Manager may contact the offeror for clarification of response as indicated in the RFP. The Evaluation Committee may use other sources of information to perform the evaluation as specified in this RFP. Responsive proposals will be evaluated on the factors stated above that have been assigned point values. The three (3) responsive offers with the highest scores will be selected as finalists based upon the proposal for the purpose of obtaining best and final offers (at the discretion of WNMU) will have their points recalculated accordingly. Points awarded from the oral presentations will be added to the previously assigned points to attain final scores. The responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to WNMU, taking into consideration the evaluation factors of this RFP, will be recommended for selection to the Procurement Manager.
