Award: Kimball Communications Inc, $379,660.85 Bid date was extended The purpose of this project is to upgrade the existing analog, conventional, 800MHz radio system to a three channel, three site simulcast 800MHz analog radio system. This system will improve Clemson University main campus and City of Clemson inbuilding radio system coverage and increase redundancy for emergency communications. This project will involve the installation and configuration of all the required equipment with ongoing warranty support. Award: Award will be made to overall lowest cost, responsive, and responsible Offerors. Deadline for Receipt of Questions: All questions must be emailed to Kevin Finan at kfinan@clemson.edu prior to November 13, 2023, 12:00 Noon ET. Answers will be submitted as an addendum to this bid. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
