This Invitation to Bid is for Construction Services Liberty Lake Regional Park - Phase I NATURE OF THE PROJECT: This Public Works project consist of a qualified Contractor to provide all materials, labor, equipment and permitting necessary for the Phase I renovations of Liberty Lake Regional Park. Those prime contractors planning to submit bids are recommended to be represented at this meeting. Representation of a prime contractor will be witnessed by signing in on the sign in sheet provided by the County at the conference.
