The City of Mount Holly will be closing operations of their wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) located at 201 Broome Street in Mount Holly. All wastewater currently being treated at this facility will be pumped across the Catawba River to the Stowe Regional Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) owned by Charlotte Water. The Mount Holly WWTP will be cleaned of all remaining wastewater and sludge, the structures demolished and removed, and the site voids from the process tank removals filled to existing grade. Bidding documents are available via a link for a digital download (as portable document format (PDF) files) for free. Alternatively, printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office either via inperson pick-up or via mail, upon Issuing Offices receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents. The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is $60 per set, payable to "HDR Engineering, Inc of the Carolinas", and includes shipping. Upon Issuing Offices eceipt of payment, papr Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidders delivery method of choice. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither the Engineer or Owner will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
