Site work for a municipal facility in Mount Holly, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
To provide labor, materials, and equipment to successfully install four concrete pads at four different locations with the goal of having the ability to display leased art on the pads. The project will require the preparation of the subgrade. Two pricing options are requested as follows: Option #1 - To include wire mesh with a 5000psi mix, 6" thickness with 4" of stone underneath the slab. Option #2 - To include all of option #1 plus adding #4 rebar with 16" on center, turndown on each side. Contact Elizabeth Bell at elizabeth.bell@mtholly.us with any questions. The City reserves the right to reject any proposals for failure to comply with all requirements of this notice or of any of the contract documents; however, it may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion. The City further reserves the right to reject all proposals or award a contract which, in its judgment, is in the best interest of the City
