Fabrication and installation of one Daktronics digital message welcome sign, resulting in a turn key project. The contractor will be responsible for and not limited to acquiring an easement and survey for the specific location, acquiring permits, calling in locate requests, providing the sign, providing power to the sign, and installing the sign to proper working order per wayfinding specifications. The sign might be located at 613 S. Main Street, Mount Holly, NC. A digital rendering of the sign brought forth from page 25 of our Wayfinding Sign Master Plan is included. Fabrication notes are also found on this page and shall be used for the construction of this sign with the exception of the digital message center manufacturer. The digital message center must meet the following criteria: Brand: Daktronics Pixel Pitch: Minimum of 10mm Pixel Matrix: 108 x 468 Must include cooling fans Includes Venus control suite software with frameworks Lifetime Verizon Cellular Modem Plan Must be a single sided sign We request that any other deviation from this master plan shall be documented and signed off by the City prior to any work or purchases being made. The City plans to add additional signs in the future and seeks software that allows additional signs with one click push notifications. The vendor shall assist in the initial setup and initial messages. The vendor shall provide on-site training and documentation. The vendor shall supply ongoing user and technical support for a minimum of (1) year. The Vendor will provide a minimum (2) two-year service and warranty policy on all components of the system including equipment, services, and software. The warranty periods stated above shall not void any additional warranty periods that are offered from the Manufacturer or vendor.
