Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from various consulting firms to perform construction engineering services in 2024 for the Minnesota Street project. This project will fully reconstruct the corridor from 6th Street to 11th Street. The roadway length is approximately 0.3 mile, has an ADT of 4,800, and the corridor serves multiple modes of transportation. Addenda if necessary will be posted on Tuesday, November 21, 2023. The City reserves the right to waive immaterial, minor deviations in the solicitation document, solicitation procedure, and/or solicitation response if it does not affect the competitiveness of the solicitation. The City reserves the right to not only check references but verify prior work experience. Failure to perform adequately on prior contracts may be grounds to determine that a responder is not responsible, and to disqualify from contract award.
