The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Demolition, Excavation, Civil, Landscape, Irrigation, Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. The Tribal Flag Plaza is a proposed landscape project at the Minnesota State Capitol Mall in St. Paul, Minnesota. The Plaza, to be built in an existing lawn area in the Lower Mall south of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, will feature flags representing the 11 American Indian tribes with reservations within the state to recognize the Indigenous Peoples of Minnesota. 2. Flagpoles and associated lighting; light poles along walks. 3. Landscaping and irrigation. 4. Benches provided by the State and installed by Contractor. This Project has a 4% Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goal.
