Distribution Feeder Upgrade (Circuit Breaker, Protective Relay, Transformer and New Line section) Naujaat existing distribution system is comprised of two feeders F1 and F2. A third new feeder (F3) will be added to offload some of the Feeder 2 (F2) loads - this will be supplying power to the high school building, upcoming new subdivisions and the water pump at the north end. The typical tasks involved in this project includes: Supply and installation of Feeder relay; includes wiring terminations and standalone programming. Supply and installation of an 800A circuit breaker; includes wiring terminations. Supply and installation of vertical cable tray as a route transition from the existing vertical cable tray to the underground trench. Installation of 500 KVA pad mounted transformer, including construction of concrete pad mount and wiring terminations. Construction of an underground trench from the outside of the plant all the way to the pad mount transformer to the dip structure. Installation of a new feeder (F3) line, including installation of a recloser - includes wiring terminations. Provide ground grid specified in the job sheet. All necessary materials like concrete, aggregates, cable tray(s) must be provided by the bidder unless otherwise specified Taking outages, wherever applicable, commissioning, upgrading and energization of the installations Transfer of existing infrastructure to new poles Removal of decommissioned poles and structures The purpose of this project is to add a new feeder (F3) on the existing distribution system feeders in Naujaat. This is to free up Feeder (F2) load and improve system. There is an existing spare feeder The new Feeder (F3) will take the loads from the water fill station, high school, and the existing/upcoming subdivisions in the northern area. Cancelled.
