Janitorial Services, Ilagitut Building - Naujaat, Nunavut Work under this Contract includes but is not necessarily limited to the scheduled Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Janitorial duties, As and When required unplanned cleaning; such as o Restocking of all toiletry supplies o cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces o ensuring flooring is swept and mopped o shampooing and waxing of flooring, when requested. o emptying wastebaskets o dusting o Ensuring that health standards are met for each facility Question Deadline 09/30/2024 Questions regarding this RFT should be in writing and received by the Buyer at least 5 working days before the Bid submission deadline (closing date and time). A response to any question received after this cut-off deadline cannot be guaranteed. The deadline for completion of all work under this contract is on or before: March 31, 2027 No site visit will be organized or permitted within 3 days before the Bid submission deadline The GN reserves the right to make any change amendment or clarification to this RFT at any time prior to the closing date and time, including amending the specifications and the closing date and time. The GN reserves the right to make adjustments to a Bid after closing in accordance with the NNI Regulations by taking into account any information that will assist it in doing so, including by taking into account information obtained from the NNI Nunavut Business Registry maintained by the NNI Secretariat and the Inuit Firms Registry maintained by the NTI. For greater certainty, if the GN determines that a bidder should, or should not, receive a bid adjustment pursuant to the NNI Regulations, it can adjust the evaluation of the bid accordingly.
