The project is expected to be awarded on December 12, 2023.** The work in general consists of replacement of three air conditioning units situated on the roof of the Public Library building located at 201 N. Lassen Street in the City of Willows. The existing air conditioning units are located on the flat roof of the building and consist of two, 10 Ton, 3-phase units and one, 5-ton, 3-phase unit Contractors are asked to provide bids for complete replacement of the existing units which includes removal of the existing unit; modification of the curbing (if necessary) to support the unit on the roof; necessary roof repairs (if needed); purchase and installation of new units of the same size; all connections to power and natural gas; any necessary electrical and natural gas hook-up work and any other necessary work as may be needed to furnish, install and ensure the unit is working properly.
