It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) services for delivery of sewer line expansion in Unincorporated Livermore; extending the current "South Livermore Sewer Expansion" project boundary to incorporate (0.4) miles of Greenville Road and connect to the Alameda County-owned Martinelli Event Center. Alameda County is contemplating entering into a funding agreement with the Livermore City and the result of the CEQA analysis will accompany the agreement. Proposer will need to review the prior CEQA analysis and update if necessary. The Economic and Civic Development Department (ECD) is managing the competitive process for this project on behalf of the County. All contact during the competitive process is to be through ECD only. Contact with other County personnel may result in disqualification.
