Sweetwater Union High School District ("District") is seeking qualified firms for the purpose of establishing a pool of firms to support upcoming construction projects, by providing Commissioning/Retro-Commissioning Services. Firms will be qualified based on their ability to meet or exceed the District's requirements to provide the highest quality services available. The pool of approved consultants will be approved for five (5) years by the Board of Trustees ("Board"). Qualified firms ("Proposers") must meet all the criteria contained to be considered. Once a firm has been deemed qualified, the firm may be asked to submit a project-specific proposal through a separate Request for Proposal ("RFP") process and may be asked to potentially negotiate for the purpose of entering into a consultant agreement. District seeks qualified firms to provide Commissioning/Retro-Commissioning Services for public school district projects. Interested firms must have a minimum of ten (10) years' minimum relevant experience. The firm(s) selected shall, at all times, work collaboratively with the District, corresponding teams, sub-consultants, the General Contractor and any sub-contractors, as necessary, and all applicable regulatory agencies. Firm(s) selected may be assigned to specific projects via contract and provided with a more detailed scope of work related to that specific project and/or school site. All responses shall be firm offers subject to acceptance by the District and may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days following the last day to accept responses. Responses may not be amended after the due date except by the consent of the District.
