Specifications and drawings prepared by Commonwealth Architects, dated 09/06/2023 are included in ATTACHMENTS B, and C. Information regarding use of a brand name is addressed in Section IV.B. SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, page 22 item 5. Variance in specifications deemed not to be material, in the sole discretion of the County, may be allowed in determining the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Electrical, mechanical, sprinkler, painting and flooring work that the owner intends to complete under a separate contract have been clearly identified on the drawings. The contractor's bid pricing shall not include these services. James River High School: The work proposed under this solicitation shall include, but is not limited to: Provide and install a vestibule inside the primary school entrance. Provide and install a new hollow metal wall system with operable doors. Cut a door opening in a CMU wall and install a hollow metal frame and wood door. Furnish & Install two office gates and hinges into owner provided casework in front office. Manchester High School: The work proposed under this solicitation shall include, but is not limited to: Provide and install a vestibule inside the primary school entrance.
