Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Fremont, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the addition of a 4,500-square-foot educational facility; and for the renovation of a 4,500-square-foot educational facility.
Plans call for 4,500 square feet of new wood framed construction and approximately 4,500 square feet of renovation of existing space. Packages currently re-bidding: 3A - Footings & Foundations 7A - EPDM Roofing & Metal Panels 23A - HVAC 32A - Concrete Paving & Flatwork (interior & exterior) Plans are uploaded in the Online Planroom. Use the Provided Bid Form found in Addendum 1 and fill in your Bid Total under the appropriate Bid Package(s) (see Addendum 2 for updated bid package information). All bids must be submitted via e-mail and using the provided bid form with bid bond attached to ESU2Bids@gmail.com Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis. Project is tax exempt. Davis Bacon wages do not apply. Contact Steve Jeffery with any questions regarding bidding.
