The project consists of selected concrete flatwork and identified pool equipment. Alternate Bid Schedule items include demolition of existing perimeter fencing, installation of new wrought iron fencing and fencing gates, purchase of a NEW Vertical Turbine Pump, installation of the pump, additional concrete flat work, and an Eye Wash Drench Hose.
