This bid is for Phase II of the project which is for Room 148. The room currently has cubicle walls that are to be removed. The contractor shall provide labor, materials, services and supervision to construct up to 42 lineal feet of 10' tall walls. Contractor shall remove the existing cubicles and create three offices and construction of new steel stud separation walls to replace the cubical walls. The new wall placement will create the four (4) existing offices at the same footprint, plus or minus the nominal thickness of the new walls. The City of Deltona reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals and to make the award to that Bidder/Respondent, who in the opinion of the City will be in the best interest of and/or the most advantageous to the City. The City of Deltona also reserves the right to reject the bid/proposal of any vendor who has previously failed in the proper performance of an award or to deliver on time contracts of a similar nature or who, in the City's opinion, is not in a position to perform properly under this award. The City of Deltona reserves the right to inspect all facilities of bidders/respondents in order to make a determination as to the foregoing. The City of Deltona reserves the right to waive any irregularities, informalities, and technicalities in offers received, and may, at its discretion, request a re-bid, or abandon the project/procurement in its entirety.
