Bulk Purchase of Magnesium Hydroxide Solution for the Dornick Point Wastewater Treatment Plant Accompanying each Bid shall be a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond in the amount of $5,000 payable to the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority. Federal, State, and Local Municipal regulations applicable to this type of service shall apply. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to re-advertise, or to waive any informality in the bidding.
