As and When Electrical Services, Gjoa Haven, Taloyoak & Kugaaruk, NU 1 The contractor shall supply all labour, materials, tools and equipment required to complete this scope of work. The contractor is responsible to ensure all repair parts are available at the site of work at the commencement of work .2 The Government of Nunavut reserves the right to add or delete building electrical systems from the scope of work and will notify the contractor of such changes in writing. .3 The Facilities Manager or his designate shall provide the contractor with work orders and various blank report documents in relation to the work required on each individual building electrical system listed in Appendix G of this contract. Upon completion of repairs of each building electrical system the contractor shall enter all information on the work orders and other documentation as directed. The competed documents shall be returned to the Facilities Manager or his designate at the completion of the contract 1 The methods, procedures, installations and materials described in the latest edition of the National Electrical Code and the National Fire Code .2 All repairs, installations and maintenance work shall be completed using accepted trade practice. .3 The contractor shall be responsible for the cleanliness of the work site at all times during the execution of this contract .1 Upon completion of each repair, the contractor shall furnish proof to the Facilities Manager or his designate that the repair to the building electrical system or component has been inspected, repaired and are operating in an efficient, satisfactory manner 1 Work orders shall be completed in accordance with section 2.01.3 copies of which shall be submitted with the contractors invoices for work performed under this contract. Payment of invoices submitted without corresponding work orders may be delayed or withheld .1 All materials and parts shall supplied by the contractor and shall be new, not remanufactured and shall be equal to or better than those specified by the equipment manufacturer on which they are installed. .2 In the event parts are installed other than those specified, the contractor shall replace them with the specified parts, or equal, at no cost to the Government of Nunavut. .3 The Contractor shall pass on to the Government of Nunavut all warranties on material as provided by the material manufacture. The deadline for completion of all work under this contract is on or before: March 31, 2027
