The planned solicitation will result in one Firm-Fixed Price MATOC pool with a total capacity of $99M for DB or DBB General Construction of Building Envelope, Roof Repair and Replacement for all Charleston District Programs. The MATOC pool is anticipated to include a target of five (5) contractors. The contracts will include a three-year base period and one two-year option period. Contractors will be required to provide all personnel, equipment and materials and dedicated A-E support, where required, to perform a wide range of roofing construction activities. This includes work to repair and replace roof assets and related building envelope features. MATOC awardees may also compete for task orders to perform work specifically relating to storm damage at U.S. Installations. In addition to roof repair and replacement-type projects, other projects may also include mechanical, electrical, and lightning protection system replacement or disconnection and reconnection of equipment.
