**As of March 1, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.* The Work will include hydroexcavation of 489 LF of open channel at the Peachtree Street drainage outfall, including any necessary matting and dewatering, in order to re-establish the channel back to design as shown in the Drawings. The Bidder must agree to pay as liquidated damages the amount set forth in the Agreement for each consecutive calendar day that the work is incomplete after the date of completion Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Benjamin Smith, The City of Charleston, 2 George Street, Suite 2100, Charleston, SC 29401 or by e-mail: smithb@charleston-sc.gov. To be given consideration, such request must be received in writing by 5:00 PM on January 19, 2024
