Site work for a water / sewer project in Holgate, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work will include installation of six (6) Inserta water valves and removal of six (6) water valves, and necessary appurtenances. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond using the form in the Contract Documents (The amount of the bid does NOT have to appear on this form). A certified check, cashier s check or letter of credit in favor of the Village in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is 100% payment and performance bond. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than May 31, 2024. The Village of Holgate reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity in any bid and to determine the lowest and best bidder. The successful bidder will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations.
