The City of Upland is requesting proposals from qualified inspection firms, licensed in the State of California, for the purpose of entering into a professional consultant services agreement to perform inspection services in connection with various water reservoir tank facilities within the City of Upland. Consultant will provide inspection services and reports for each of the potable water system reservoirs in operation of the City of Upland. The work may include in-tank diving, remote operated vehicles, or a combination of the two. Each reservoir will remain in service during inspection. Desired levels and flows (influent/effluent) shall be coordinated with the City to provide functional inspection environments. Respondents requesting additional information or clarification pertaining to this RFP shall submit all requests no later than 5PM, Wednesday, December 20, 2023.
