Renovation of a water / sewer project in University Place, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Replace the Soundview Pump Station (PS12) located approximately 350 feet southwest of the intersection of Brookside Way West and Soundview Drive West in University Place. The existing pump station serves as a small residential area adjacent to the pump station and has reached the end of its useful service life. As of November 1, 2023, this project is included in the Pierce County's FY 2024-2029 CIP and funding is allocated for FY 2027, FY 2028, and FY 2029. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
