Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of a proposed parking lot along Administration Drive across from the existing LRAA Administration Building. Any questions from the prospective Bidders will be accepted in writing until noon, Thursday, November 9, 2023. After this date no questions will be answered. Questions submitted should be directed to Brian Sinnwell at Engineering@flylouisville.com. All questions must be put on the Bid Question Form (See Attachment #7). Each sealed Bid shall be accompanied by an irrevocable Bank Letter of Credit, or satisfactory Bid Bond (see Attachment #8) with good corporate surety, in a sum not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate amount of the Bid, payable without condition to the Louisville Regional Airport Authority, to guarantee that if the Bidder's offer results in an Award, the Bidder will furnish all required bonds, insurance certificate(s) and insurance policy(ies) within ten (10) Calendar Days after the Notice of Award is given, and enter into the Contract within thirty (30) Calendar Days after the Notice of Award is given. The Authority may reject a Proposal or response in the event of any violation of this policy
