Relocation Review Prj. 342-22-0023, The project is titled "Cannons Lane New Sidewalk Construction" is located on Cannons Lane between Rock Creek Drive and Winchester Road and includes the installation of new sidewalk, curb, drainage storm sewer pipe and drainage inlets, detectable pavers, and asphalt paving. Bidders and DBE subcontractors must be prequalified with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and possess a Certificate of Eligibility at the time of the bid opening. All other subcontractors must be prequalified when accepting subcontracts. Bidder is required to furnish a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal established for this contract is 5 percent (5%) of the total value of the contract.
