Site work and renovation of a civil project in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Description and location of Project: This Contract provides for the implementation of UV disinfection at the Hillview #3 WQTC. This will require installation of the UV Disinfection Unit, Fiberglass Parshall Flume, 4 foot diameter manhole, piping, as well as construction of a concrete pad, 1 foot concrete wall, gravel drive; and appurtenant work. 18.0% MBE - African American participation 2.0% MBE - Asian-Indian American participation 15.0% WBE - Caucasian Female participation *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Engineers Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $425,000.00 and $500,000.00 . All inquiries and questions prior to the bid opening shall be directed, in writing, to MSD's Project Manager, Taylor Friesz. MSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in any bid.
