The City of Pinellas Park is soliciting sealed proposals from licensed, qualified, and experienced firms for the rehabilitation of a 500,000 gallon, above-ground, reclaimed-water storage tank located at the corner of 47th Street and 86th Ave, Pinellas Park, Florida 33782. This project includes a five-year maintenance agreement and has a budget of $450,000.00. All work must be completed within 180 calendar days of issuance of Notice-to-Proceed. Respondents shall provide verifiable experience in inspection, renovation, painting, and preventive maintenance of reclaimed-water storage facilities. The contract shall include, but not limited to, interior and exterior renovations, rehabilitation and repairs, as well as, removal and replacement of the existing cathodic protection system with a same or similar system capable of achieving comparable goals. After renovations are complete, it is the City's determination the tank remains dry yet usable as a wet tank if required.
