Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Madison, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Replace 2,000 linear feet of sewer lines and 2,000 linear feet of water lines on Horry Avenue from Bunker Street to Southwest Willie Clare Copeland Street, which serves 18 occupied households in the South-central area of the City. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable on the Department of Treasury Circular 570. Proposals shall be designated as "Sealed Bid"- City of Madison Community Development Block Grant Project for Fiscal Year 2019 to be financed by FloridaCommerce. Facsimile or electronic mail bids will not be accepted. Any bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. Only bidders with prior experience in completing projects of similar scope and magnitude will be qualified to submit a bid. No Bidder may withdraw his/her bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract, Section 3, Segregated Facilities, Section 109 Executive Order 11246, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal government and State of Florida, and bonding and insurance requirements.
